Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for a variable hours invigilator to join our Examinations team at both of our campuses in Cambridge and Huntingdon.

You will join us on a part time basis and in return you will receive a wage of £9.79 per hour including holiday pay.

About the role:

Cambridge Regional College have an exciting opportunity for a variable hours invigilator to join examinations team at our Cambridge campus on a part time variable hours basis.

The successful candidate will oversee and supervise examinations and to ensure that the guidelines and regulations for the integrity and security of procedures are followed during examination sessions.

We are looking for staff for the campuses in both Cambridge and Huntingdon.

The successful candidate will be reporting to the Examinations Manager.

Responsibilities:

The responsibilities of the job include assisting with the set up of the exam venues and ensuring the exams are carried out following policies and procedures.

Other duties include acting as a reader or scribe for a learner as required and to complete relevant paperwork to comply with exam regulations.

What we are looking for in our role:

We are looking for an individual who is educated to a GCSE standard or equivalent and has experience working within an office environment.

The applicant should have a good level of IT skills and be able to work in the evening as required.

The successful candidate should have the confidence to deliver pre-exam instructions to learners and should have excellent communication skills and attention to detail and a calm approach to working.
