As London’s environmental college, the College plays a vital role in the green agenda for the capital, equipping the next generation of land-based sector workers with the skills and knowledge needed to preserve and protect London’s wildlife, national parks and green spaces.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at Capel Manor College and we are now seeking to appoint a dynamic and experienced Recruitment and Admissions Manager.
The role will develop and deliver the student recruitment and admissions strategy for Capel Manor College, maximising new student conversions from initial touchpoint through to enrolment.
The post holder will improve and manage recruitment, admissions and enrolment systems and processes, leading a customer-focused team dedicated to building, nurturing and supporting prospective students.
They will manage the College’s school liaison function, delivering innovative and engaging on and off-campus recruitment events and activities to drive new applications.
This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated and experienced manager to contribute to the strategic objectives of the organisation and growth in student numbers.
To succeed in this role you will have experience in successfully managing recruitment, admissions and customer service in a UK education setting, ideally within further education.
