This key role is for a member of the senior leadership team, to manage all aspects of premises and estates across London including all related facilities and resources in line with our strategic objectives. This includes driving forward the quality and standards in estates and facilities, our ambitious plans for expansion of the estate and major capital projects, and our commitments to sustainability, carbon-reduction, environmental awareness and enhancing biodiversity.
The successful candidate
With responsibility for a portfolio of such breadth, you will have exceptional leadership skills and a track record of successfully inspiring and leading teams, Governing Body and external stakeholders
You will be a highly able and motivated professional, with the knowledge, experience and leadership qualities needed to meet our strategic goals.
Ideally you will have experience of working in further education, managing buildings and land to the highest standards.
