We're looking for a skilled and enthusiastic technical professional to provide hands-on support across our well-equipped Mac studios, creative workshops, music studios, and theatre. If you have strong technical skills and a passion for the creative arts, this is your chance to work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with staff and students to bring ideas to life.
About the role
In this role, you will:
* Work alongside dedicated teachers to ensure a high level of technical delivery in the creative industries.
* Provide active technical support in studios and computer rooms.
* Engage with industry and assist in the development of technology across the creative technical courses.
About you
You will be proactive and enthusiastic individual who is passionate about supporting the creative activities of our centre. You'll have a strong technical background across a range of Media and Computing disciplines, with expertise in desktop and network-level support for Apple macOS, Microsoft Windows, and Linux operating systems. Your knowledge of industry-relevant creative software and audio-visual equipment will be key in supporting our students and staff.

CCC has 10 college sites across central and north London for 16-18 year-olds, adult learners, apprentices and businesses. It has nationally recognised specialisms in areas such as construction, digital technology, healthcare, hospitality, rail engineering and science.
