We are looking to recruit an individual with a track record of motivating, enthusing and inspiring learners. You will have a counselling qualification and an understanding of restorative justice practices. You will have responsibility for providing one to one support to individual learners as well as supporting the running of the school’s Restorative Room – our alternative to fixed term exclusion.
