Salary: L14 to L18 (Fringe)

Contract: Full-time, permanent

Start date: 1st September 2026 (1st June 2026, preferable)

Carwarden House School is a vibrant and inclusive 11–19 academy specialising in provision for pupils with Moderate Learning Difficulties (MLD), many of whom have additional complex needs, including ASD, SEMH, and speech and language needs. We are proud of our nurturing ethos, our strong community partnerships, and our commitment to enabling every learner to thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

We are seeking an exceptional Deputy Headteacher to join our passionate and skilled leadership team. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to help shape the next phase of the school’s development and to play a central role in ensuring the highest standards of teaching, learning, care, and personal development for all students.
