The Priory Learning Trust is looking to recruit a 1:1 LSA to work with a KS1 child.

This role will suit a candidate who has a passion for working with children with SEND.

This is a very exciting opportunity for an individual who would relish the chance to join us. This role will be working 10hrs 50 mins per week, TTO. This is a fixed term contract until 31st August 2022 subject to funding.

The successful candidates will need:

• A good standard of education/ three or more GCSEs including maths and English at Grade C minimum or L2 literacy and numeracy

• Working towards or has achieved NVQ/VRQ Level 2 Teaching Assistant Qualification

• Some experience of successfully supporting children

• Creative and good at thinking ‘outside the box’

• An ability to adapt and respond to the needs of the children

• Good interpersonal skills to communicate with the year group team and parents and children

• Some experience of successfully supporting children with SEN needs
