The Role:

We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Head of PE to lead our successful and enthusiastic department. This is a unique opportunity to shape the PE curriculum, develop competitive and inclusive sports programs, and inspire a lifelong love of physical activity in our students. If you're a passionate educator with strong leadership skills, capable of motivating students and staff alike, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a vibrant PE department, fostering a culture of high expectations and success.

• Design and deliver an engaging, inclusive, and aspirational PE curriculum up to key stage 5.

• Inspire students of all abilities to achieve their personal best and develop a love for physical activity.

• Collaborate with a dedicated team to enhance teaching practices and drive innovative approaches.

• Promote well-being, resilience, and a growth mindset in all students.
