Richard Lee Primary School is a school with a great future!

We are looking to appoint an excellent KS1/KS2 Teacher to work as part of our friendly and hardworking team. We believe that securing a positive start to a child's learning journey is paramount. At Richard Lee we have a strong sense of school community and creating and developing relationships with our children and their families early on is essential!

Our successful candidate will be an excellent individual who inspires and motivates children. They will be able to use a wide range of engaging teaching and learning strategies, alongside developing excellent provision which promotes high quality play and learning opportunities to support children make the best progress possible. They will also have the ability to nurture strong relationships with staff, children and families to raise aspiration and improve achievement.

Richard Lee has a wonderful team of dedicated staff with an enviable school building, fully fit for learning and teaching in the 21st Century, we have a large sports hall, well-equipped classrooms, break out zones and intervention spaces. We are very lucky that we are set in large spacious school grounds with lush green playing fields and we have multiple playground spaces and outdoor areas, including our woodland spinney.
