This is an exciting time to join Castle Phoenix Trust, to feel valued as we progress on our journey of continued success. We are seeking to appoint an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive support as part of the Central Services team. This is a great opportunity to demonstrate your HR skills as well as honing your leadership skills whilst making a real difference to staff and young people.

With the support of our Executive team and in partnership with our central services team, you will play a key HR role to the portfolio of six schools in our Trust, in which we employ 650 staff. This is a wonderful opportunity to gain some really valuable experience in a forward-thinking environment and to put your strong HR skills to the test, working closely with a range of stakeholders in a very professional and friendly environment. For a person with the right skills and attributes, there is the opportunity to grow into the role as a senior leader within our Trust.

This fulfilling role will provide a wealth of developmental opportunities and we will ensure you receive a comprehensive induction programme and our commitment to your own CPD. We offer a range of benefits which include the local government pension scheme, cycle to work scheme, access to the on-site gym and swimming pool, free parking, an employee discount scheme, annual staff conferences and investment in staff wellbeing and recognition initiatives through our wellbeing committee and people strategy.

Castle Phoenix Trust has a great deal to be proud of, with super facilities and a desire to continuously improve. If you have the passion and determination to be a valued part of our team, we would love to hear from you.
