• Believes in working with all partners, including parents and the wider community, to lead the school into the next stage of development
• Has relevant experience in constructing a curriculum that will engage all learners
• Have a detailed working knowledge of Curriculum for Wales
• Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of Additional Learning Needs
• Has relevant management experience in relation to staffing, budget and leading staff and working with the Governing Body.
