Higher Level Teaching Assistant
Starting salary £13,510 gross per annum

35 hours per week, 39 working weeks (Term Time plus 5 INSET days – 44.263 paid weeks)
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) from September 2020. The purpose of the role is to complement teachers’ delivery of the National Curriculum and contribute to the development of other support staff, pupils and school policies and strategies. To work collaboratively with teaching staff and assist teachers in the whole planning cycle and the management/preparation of resources. Also, to supervise whole classes occasionally during the short‐term absence of teachers.
This is an exciting time to join our thriving Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and seven primary schools, with a Free School (primary) to open in 2021.
