Inclusion Mentor
Starting salary £8,685 gross per annum
(Pending pay and grading review)
22.5 hours per week, 39 working weeks (Term Time plus 5 INSET days – 44.263 paid weeks)
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and enthusiastic Inclusion Mentor to work three days per week from September 2020. This permanent role is to support the inclusion of all students and the school’s Behaviour for Learning Framework by managing the Inclusion Room, dealing with uniform related issues and managing the whole school detention system.
This is an exciting time to join our thriving Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and seven primary schools, with a Free School (primary) to open in 2021.
Cornwall has a hugely diverse landscape with nearly a third of the county designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Cornwall is almost completely surrounded by sea with dramatic coastline, captivating fishing harbours, spectacular sandy beaches and a rich cultural heritage.
