Full Time, Permanent – Required for September 2021

Penrice Academy is part of Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT), a family of Cornish Primary and Secondary Schools, with a strategic vision to ‘learn together to help every child achieve more’. This is an exciting time to join our large, dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and eight primary schools with a Free School (primary) to open in September 2021. We are excited to advertise this fantastic opportunity to work as a Deputy Headteacher at Penrice Academy, with responsibility for the overall progress of over 1430 students. This position is fitting of an experienced leader with the passion and dedication to lead the school’s determination to provide outstanding education for all. The successful candidate will be able to inspire innovation and a culture of success, through teamwork and support. You will need to be a superb classroom practitioner, with substantial leadership experience and a track record of successfully leading a team to exceptional progress outcomes.
