Cornwall Education Learning Trust (CELT) is seeking to appoint a full time HR Manager to provide HR strategic leadership, advice, guidance and practical operational support to the Trustees, CELT Executive, Headteachers, Senior Leadership Teams, other Leadership staff, and employees across CELT on all matters relating to the recruitment, employment and performance management of employees.
The successful candidate will be required to lead, manage and develop appropriate HR solutions, ensuring all processes are performed efficiently, accurately and timely, and in accordance with policies, procedures, conditions of service, legislation and statutory provisions. To manage and support the CELT Senior HR Officer and the broader HR team in their duties across the Trust.
This is an exciting time to join our large and dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and eight primary schools, with a Free School (primary) to open in 2021.
Cornwall has a hugely diverse landscape with nearly a third of the county designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Cornwall is almost completely surrounded by sea with dramatic coastline, captivating fishing harbours, spectacular sandy beaches and a rich cultural heritage.
