Poltair School are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational Teacher of Computer Science & Media on a full-time, permanent basis from September 2021.

Both experienced and newly qualified teachers are welcome to apply.

This is an exciting time to join our large, dynamic Trust, which is responsible for educating learners across four secondary schools, one junior school and eight primary schools with a Free School (primary) to open in September 2021. We are seeking to appoint a committed and effective teacher who has the ability to teach across our Digital qualifications in Computer Science and Media. Previous experience of teaching Computer Science is essential, and knowledge of other digital qualifications, including Media, would be advantageous.

The successful candidate will:

• Have the ability to raise attainment, innovating in the classroom to inspire and motivate students

• Have high standards and strong classroom management skills

• Have a passion for computing and excellent subject knowledge beyond the curriculum
