The Chase School is looking for an enthusiastic, proactive and highly organised Assistant Site Manager to join our dedicated Site Team. This is a hands-on role at the heart of our school, helping to provide a safe, secure and welcoming environment for over 1,400 students, staff and visitors every day.
Working alongside our Site Manager, you'll play a key role in maintaining our buildings and grounds, ensuring statutory compliance, coordinating contractors, responding to day-to-day maintenance issues and supporting the smooth running of the school. From setting up events and carrying out repairs to helping deliver improvement projects, this is a varied role where you'll be trusted to use your initiative and make a real difference.
The successful candidate will be reliable, adaptable and calm under pressure. Whether responding to an urgent maintenance issue, supporting a school event, liaising with contractors or helping keep the site safe and compliant, you'll be someone who enjoys the challenge of a fast-moving environment and takes satisfaction from making things happen. Occasional out of hours work may be required.
An Enhanced DBS will be required if successful.
