We are seeking to recruit two enthusiastic individuals to teach Mathematics throughout KS3, KS4 and potentially KS5 as the department continues to grow.

You will be joining a very successful and supportive department, KS4 and KS5 examination results are above national expectations in terms of both progress and attainment. The ability to teach post-16 would be an advantage as the subject continues to be a popular choice at KS5 with A-Level Maths, Further Maths and Core Maths being studied.

At The Chase School, we are deeply committed to a mastery approach to the teaching of Mathematics. We work closely with the GLOW Maths Hub, and staff across the department are actively encouraged to engage with high-quality professional development and collaborative planning opportunities. Our curriculum is carefully sequenced to ensure that mathematical concepts are taught in depth, with a strong focus on conceptual understanding, mathematical reasoning and precise use of language. All staff work collectively towards delivering a mastery curriculum that supports high expectations and long-term retention for every learner

This is a great opportunity to join an experienced team where you will have the chance to develop professionally and contribute to the ever-growing success and reputation of The Chase School.

We are looking for a professional who is:

• Excellent at communicating across all levels

• Resourceful and innovative

• Focused on raising attainment with high expectations for all pupils.

 In return, we can offer:

• A well-qualified and experienced team of specialists

• A friendly, well organised and forward-thinking faculty

• A rewarding teaching experience with well-motivated and engaged pupils.

Our school is a fantastic place to work and we would urge any prospective candidate to come and view our school.
