Salary will be paid on CAN salary scale point 17 (actual salary of £21,562, full time equivalent £25,101). 36 hours per week; term time plus 7 days (2 of which are staff preparation days at the start of the academic year), 195 working days.

The Trustees and Governors are seeking to appoint a well qualified and talented new member of staff for the Personalised Learning Unit (PLUS). The successful candidate will have a broad skill set for working effectively with young people facing barriers to their educational attainment and have a clear commitment to improving young people’s life chances.

This is a non teaching post which will give the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to work closely with young people supporting them in their school life.

There is the potential for salary progression and training is provided as part of the induction process.
