Join Our Health Education Team – Part-Time Lecturer Opportunity
Are you a qualified nurse or healthcare professional looking to inspire the next generation? Our thriving Health team, part of a dynamic department delivering Health, Care, Science, and Sport programmes, is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Part-Time Health Care Lecturer to work two days per week.
You will primarily teach on our T Level Health programme and our exciting new HTQ Level 4/5 Healthcare Professions Support courses. This is an excellent opportunity to share your clinical expertise while shaping innovative curricula for both 16–18 learners and adult students. Your role will include teaching practical clinical skills and contributing to the development of high-quality learning experiences.
What you’ll bring:
• A degree in Nursing, Health, or a related health care profession, with current practical clinical experience.
• A Level 5 teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one).
• A strong commitment to high standards in teaching and learning.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging lessons that support learner success.
• Up-to-date industry knowledge and experience in curriculum design would be highly advantageous.
