Chelmsford College is currently on the lookout for a passionate Electronics Lecturer to join their team.
As an Electronics Lecturer, you will be responsible for planning, preparing and delivering engaging content for Level 2, Level 3, and T Level programmes. You will also be required to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment to encourage student participation and critical thinking. Additionally, you will provide constructive feedback to students and support their academic progress, stay up to date with industry trends and incorporate relevant real-world examples into the curriculum, and collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall learning experience.
To be considered for this role, you should have a relevant degree in Electronics or a related field. We also highly recommend having a teaching or training qualification and industry experience in Electronics.
In addition to the above qualifications, you should also possess passion and enthusiasm for Electronics education, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate students.
