Inclusion Leader/SENDCo
The Headteacher and Governors wish to appoint an inspirational Inclusion Leader/SENDCo, with the vision and confidence to drive an ambitious, holistic, and inclusive approach to education. We are looking for an aspirational leader with experience of working with young people with a range of learning needs. You will be able to demonstrate a working understanding of how these needs impact upon learning and behaviour in the classroom. You will understand principles of curriculum design and quality assurance processes and will be a driving force in further moulding our teams at Beauclerc and Chennestone. As a valued member of the senior leadership team, you will work in close partnership with SLT, teachers, parents, Governors, and external agencies to implement the strategic development of our special educational needs policy, local offer and inclusive provision across the federation.
(Please note: the role is non class based. We would consider the role for applicants without the SENCO qualification, if they were willing to undertake the qualification)
