We are seeking to appoint a dynamic, experienced HLTA to join our 'outstanding' Chestnut Park Primary School.

Applicants must already be qualified as an HLTA with experience of working across inclusion.
About Chestnut Park Primary School
As a modern school, built in 2016, Chestnut Park benefits from state of the art technology within a modern, purpose built environment. We are also proud of our Ofsted inspection (June 2018) in which we were awarded 'Outstanding' in all areas. Alongside GLF schools we can provide extensive career development opportunities within the school and the Multi-Academy Trust.
Our School sits within an established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Chestnut Park Primary School, our cluster includes the following other schools; Whyteleafe Primary School, Warlingham Village Primary School, Marden Lodge Primary School, and Hillcroft Primary School . This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across this cluster, to share expertise and experience, ensuring all children in our schools receive an excellent education and reach their potential.

What We Are Looking For:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in delivering agreed learning intervention programs; adjusting activities according to pupil need to support and enrich learning
- Ability to deliver pastoral support within the school to address the needs of pupils who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning.
- Experience in behaviour and anger management strategies
- Relevant Vocational Qualification in Supporting Teaching & Learning
- Qualified HLTA

The Details:
Hours: 8:30am-3:30pm, term time 32.5 hours
Salary Pay Scales: Specialist Point 1 : FTE: £24,982.00 (Pro Rata : £19,402.38)
Location Attracts Outer London Weighting: Pro Rata £499.39 (FTE : £643.00 per annum)
