Letting and Facilities Assistant

Salary: Hourly rate: £14.00 p/h.

Contract: Flexible, up to 25 hours per week, to cover shifts Monday to Friday 5 to 10pm and weekends. Initially fixed term for six months, subject to further review (or, if applicable, until funding ceases - whichever is sooner)

We are seeking to appoint Leisure and Facilities Assistants who can ensure that everyone using the Academy facilities out of main school hours does so in a safe and appropriate environment. This post holders will provide all visitors to the Academy with a friendly and positive experience of using the site, and maintain effective customer service. We welcome applications from individuals who can work two or more evenings and/or weekends in order to cover the rota of shifts across the week.


The successful candidate will:

• Have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues and customers

• Be enthusiastic and flexible to business needs

• Be able to work within a dynamic and challenging environment

• Be able to manage their time, resources and workload effectively with minimum supervision.
