PASTORAL SUPPORT WORKER – BEHAVIOUR MANAGEMENT (Maternity Cover)

Pay Scale JG5 (£22,045 - £24,966). Actual Salary £15,494

30 hours per week, Term Time Only + INSET

Start date: January 2021. Fixed term maternity cover until 3rd January 2022, or until return of post holder (whichever is sooner)

We are looking for an experienced person to join our Student Services team on a maternity cover contract. You would be working with students with a variety of complex needs, developing further support programmes on offer in the academy, which lead to those students who need particular help to overcome barriers to learning and challenging behaviour.

The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and self-motivated, with a focus on enabling young people to make a positive difference and achieve the Academy’s vision: to set no limits on what we can achieve.
