Apprenticeship Learning Coach - General
Salary: £26,993 - £30,060 FTE
£14.03 - £15.62 per hour + holiday uplift
(Salary dependent on qualifications and experience)

We are particularly looking for coaches to support Early Years, Media, Marketing and HR apprentices reach their potential and meet the standards necessary for their development and success with their employer.
As a learning coach, you will play a pivotal role in supporting apprentices in a variety of work settings. You will work one to one with apprentices, offering outstanding levels of support whilst they complete their learning, and will coach them ready for their end point assessment. You will help to co-ordinate their attendance at relevant training sessions as well as liaising with their employer to always ensure excellent communication.
Meetings with apprentices and employers take place both remotely and face to face and all training will be given. You don’t need to have worked in education before, but some experience of training, coaching or mentoring others could be useful. We are looking for strong industry skills which you can pass on to our young people so that they do well in your sector.
