Contract: Hourly Paid / Part time (Approx. 6 hours per week)

Would you relish the opportunity to lead our Women’s provision at the College?

We are looking for an enthusiastic, qualified, and assertive practitioner to be Head Coach of football provision here at Cirencester College.

Year on year we recruit players, of different abilities, who love playing and competing. You will work with players who are at local professional clubs to those who are new to the game, whilst competing regionally in the AoC leagues.

We want a coach who will progress and develop our students football skills and tactical knowledge. We want our Head Coach to enthuse our students but to teach them how to compete so that they can forge careers in the game beyond college.

If you are passionate about player development, wish to coach on terrific facilities, and work with great students then this might well be the job for you.

Elements of the role include:

Plan and deliver weekly training sessions

Schedule fixtures as per the AoC fixture list

Transport the team to weekly fixtures

Motivate and enthuse our players

Engage and communicate readily with the head of faculty
