We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic team player to lead our reprographics team, helping to ensure high levels of customer service. We are looking for someone who can:

  • Communicate clearly and maintain a high level of wellbeing and morale amongst the team
  • Manage the copiers, equipment and machines related to the work of the team, ensuring they are well maintained, and the contracts are good value for money.
  • Ensure the printing of resources, materials and collateral are of a good quality and delivered in a timely way, ensuring no teaching or learning is disadvantaged.
  • Manage our small college shop, operating an efficient stock control system, adding items and discontinuing items according to demand and ensuring stock is replenished in a timely way to maintain the levels required to provide an efficient service.

If you have knowledge and experience in this type of role, can demonstrate outstanding organisational and interpersonal skills, are a good communicator with strong IT literacy and customer service skills, are a team player and would like to work with us at our thriving college, we’d love to hear from you.
