Site Services Technician (Caretaker)
Salary: £18,500
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Start Date: As Soon As Possible
Cirencester College are looking for a reliable and trustworthy Site Technician to take on caretaking duties around the busy College site.
Joining a busy and friendly team, the position would suit someone who enjoys an all-rounder role that offers variety and working under your own initiative and as part of a team. Reporting to the Facilities and Health and Safety Lead you will support the whole College by completing routine and reactive tasks.
The key purposes of this role are to;
• Carry out minor buildings and grounds maintenance
• Porterage; moving furniture and other items between various locations
• Driving College vehicles
• Secure the College site
This role will require some flexible working including some evenings and weekends.
The job holder will be required to join the First Aid Rota.
