Work Placement Team Leader

Salary: £28,844 - £33,164

(Depending on qualifications and experience)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Required From: Immediate start available

We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Employer Engagement team to develop our work placement services and activities, providing a highly effective frontline service.

You will lead our work experience team, liaise with employers, students, curriculum and pastoral staff to ensure sufficient and suitable placements are found and matched to all relevant students. You will manage the service on a day-to-day basis and ensure a high level of student and employer satisfaction, developing and coordinating high quality work placement opportunities for learners aged 16-19yrs, in line with the requirements of their programme and their career goals and ensuring compliance with the funding regulations. You will use your skills, knowledge and experience to build long-lasting professional relationships with a network of employers and support them to provide meaningful work placements for our students.
