Thank you for expressing an interest in our wonderful school. I am currently in my second year as Headteacher and so much has changed since the last Ofsted inspection for which you will have read the report for. The changes have been transformational and they have been undertaken at a manageable and sustainable pace for the staff and students. In truth, the ingredients have always been here; staff wanting to improve and accelerate the life chances of our students, students eager to work hard and think hard both within and beyond the classroom and an incredibly supportive parent/carer body. As a leadership team, we have created simple strategies to achieve the best outcomes in all areas of the school and the impact is tangible. We have happy students, fulfilled staff and a supportive community. As you step through the doors you are immediately greeted by the warm, ambitious and vibrant environment fostered here.
