HR & Payroll Administrator

36 hour per week / Term time + 3 weeks
Grade 4/5  ( £22,995.00 - £26,520.00 FTE)
Actual annual salary £20,711 - £23,886

We have an exciting opportunity for an HR & Payroll Administrator to join our supportive Central Team on a 12 month fixed term contract with the possibility of a permanent role.

We are seeking to recruit an experienced individual to provide effective HR and payroll support to all of the Cirrus academies. The role is critical to the successful running of our Trust, you will be working closely with each of the academies and the HR lead to provide a proactive HR service.

What we are looking for:

To be successful in the post, we are looking for someone who will provide HR administrative support to the Trust for transactional HR activities including recruitment, attendance management, employment contract changes, interfacing with payroll, ensuring the HR system is maintained accurately and responding to ad-hoc HR related queries. 

The post holder will ensure all procedures are carried out accurately and in accordance with Trust policies and requirements, Department for Education (DfE) guidance and appropriate legislation.  Acting as the first point of contact for general HR queries from academy colleagues and the central team. Opportunities will also be provided to become involved in HR related projects.
