ILR and Funding Manager

Salary: £34,906.41-£35,951.92 + £5,000 market supplement may be available.

Contract: Full time, permanent

Location: South Bristol Skills Academy, Hengrove

We have an exciting new opportunity for a personable, organised MIS Manager to work within the MIS team.

You will be responsible for the development and maintenance of College wide systems to capture, record and disseminate timely and accurate learner related data for use internally and externally and the maintenance and supervision of the College course file in accordance with college procedures and to support and develop related systems.

The successful candidate will maintain, verify and analyse all records held in Prosolution including but not exclusive to applications, enrolments, the course file, timetables, registers, reference data and the ILR. The ILR and Funding Manager will have responsibility for the validation and accuracy of all DSAT, SCORE and FRM reports and the timely and accurate data submissions to all external funding bodies.

Proven experience of generating and submitting ILR files and an excellent understanding of ESFA, OfS and devolved areas funding methodologies and audit requirements are essential. Previous management experience is required, along with proven experience of delivering excellent customer service and strong administration skills.
