We have an exciting opportunity for a pro-active and tenacious Apprenticeship Quality and Compliance Officer to work within the Quality team on a permanent, full-time basis.

Your role will be to drive the implementation and development of quality assurance processes to support the effective delivery, monitoring and evaluation of apprenticeships and the associated FE provision. You will also be responsible for ensuring leaders and managers are kept apprised of quality indicators and supporting curriculum teams to resolve quality issues. In addition, you will deliver bespoke support and training programmes to faculties in need of improvement, ensuring that outcomes and the overall apprentices' experience improve.

We’re looking for someone with detailed and up-to-date knowledge of apprenticeship quality, and a strong understanding of apprenticeship performance measures. You will need experience of having worked with leaders and managers to improve quality in apprenticeship, as well as experience of working within an educational environment (particularly within apprenticeship provision).
