We have an exciting new opportunity for a pro-active, positive and organised Study Plus Team Leader to work within the Additional Learning support team, you will be working as part of the college’s central learning support team, planning and delivering high quality, personalised programmes of support for students with identified needs including adults and apprentices studying on programmes across the college.

The role will include:

Specialist intervention is delivered one to one and / or small groups, with the aim of providing strategies for independent learning and study which enable students to achieve and progress.

Coordinate the college’s Study Plus team to ensure the effective deployment of English, maths and study skills support for identified learners.

Review intervention programmes, ensuring they are personalised and targeted to meet needs, in line with EHCP planned outcomes and courses relating English and Maths.
