Clarendon Primary School is a caring, inclusive and oversubscribed Primary School in the heart of the Ashford community with an early year’s provision supporting both Nursery and Reception aged children. We are looking for an Early Years teacher who:
• Is an outstanding practitioner with a passion and commitment for teaching and learning.
• Is committed and enthusiastic, with the ability to lead and motivate colleagues.
• Is committed to developing children as independent learners.
• Is highly motivated and passionate about ensuring the best possible outcomes for all children.
• Is able to demonstrate a record of raising pupil attainment.
• Is able to demonstrate how to effectively support a range of children within school / an early year setting.
• Has strong interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Has an excellent ability to both lead staff and communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Has a passion for everything you do!
