Administrator / Finance Assistant
Hours: 32.5 hours per week / 38 weeks per annum (a job share would be considered)
Grade 7, pp 11 – 14, actual salary £14,942 - £15,856 per annum
Base: Countesthorpe Academy and Wigston College sites.
We are looking for an enthusiastic, efficient and capable Administrator/Finance Assistant to join our team at South Leicestershire Inclusion Partnership.
This is a key role and will involve providing administration support to the partnership, finance duties such as monitoring of budget forecasts including income and expenditure across the year, checking, recording and paying invoices. Monitoring and recording daily student attendance and liaising with parents, organising, attending and minute taking in meetings.
As the main point of contact, you will be professional and have excellent customer service skills. A good standard of numeracy and literacy and IT proficiency is required, as is the ability to work with minimum supervision.
This is a permanent post.
