Contract: Full-time - 35 hours per week, 39 weeks per annum (term-time only)
Salary: COL2 (£24,431 to £25,363) Pro-rated to £19,615 to £20,363

We are seeking a friendly, organised, and proactive Admin Assistant to join our busy school office. This is a varied role that supports both the Admissions Team and the wider administration function.
As the first point of contact for admissions enquiries, you will play a key role in creating a positive first impression for prospective families, you’ll support the Admissions Secretary with tasks throughout the admissions process. A regular part of the role also includes preparing trip documents for sporting fixtures in collaboration with the Trips Assistant.
Alongside these core duties, you'll provide general administrative support to the school, including occasional tasks such as behaviour logging, parents' evening coordination, and helping with the student vaccination programme. Please note our ideal candidate doesn't need to have worked in a school before and/or know about admissions/trip packs. We're looking for someone eager to learn and help drive our team forward.
