We are seeking to appoint an outstanding and passionate teacher to join the leadership team in our high achieving Modern Foreign Languages faculty. The successful candidate will:

• Have excellent organisational and communication skills

This role would suit an experienced leader or a candidate looking to progress into a leadership role. The Modern Foreign Languages Faculty

The MFL and EAL faculty at Commonweal is a highly successful, offering a comprehensive instruction in both French and Spanish up to Y13, and extending valuable EAL support to students who require it. Our success is attributed to our unwavering passion for the subject, frequent updates to our curriculum, and the integration of technology, games, and real-life content to engage our students. A meticulously planned and well-resourced curriculum is used to equip our students with skills across all facets of MFL learning. This achievement is further bolstered by fostering positive relationships with students and instilling a sense of responsibility for their own success. The MFL faculty is a highly experienced team which has consistently achieved positive progress 8 scores over the past six years.
