About the role:

To source, identify and gain suitable work placement opportunities for students, to include coordination, monitoring and evaluation of these work placements. Make excellent connections with employers to maximise the student’s opportunity for sustainable employment or other progression opportunities.

About you:

We are looking for a qualified and well-motivated, enthusiastic and experienced work placement Officer to work with the individuals to help them achieve their goals and ambitions in their career. They will also be responsible for preparing record systems to monitor the implementation of the individual’s student centred plans within the working environment. They will actively seek work opportunities with employers and ensure that individuals are supported during work placement.

You will also be required to dealing with incoming calls and enquiries from applicants and employers.

This is a fast paced environment, where attention to detail is essential. You will need excellent Microsoft skills and enjoy working as part of a team.
