Your opportunity
We are looking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant, to join our hardworking and dedicated staff team. They will play a key role in the individual support for a named child with special educational needs. The successful individual will support the Class Teacher in the teaching and welfare of the child. They will ideally have experience within education but more importantly need an excellent understand of how to motivate and support children to of all abilities to achieve their potential.

Our School sits within a newly established cluster of Primary schools, overseen by a Regional Director. Along with Cordwalles Junior School, our cluster includes the following other schools; Springfield Primary School, Hammond Junior School, Lightwater Village School, Pine Ridge Infant School & Lorraine Infant School .
This is an exciting opportunity to work collaboratively with colleagues across this cluster, to share expertise and experience, ensuring all children in our schools receive an excellent education and reach their potential. The Details

Start Date: ASAP
End Date: This is a fixed term appointment to end in July 2024
Salary: Between £20,809 - £23,582
Pro Rata: Between £16,658.67 - £18,878.60
Hours of work: 33.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday 8.30am-3.30pm for 39 weeks per year
