Cotham School, a successful, vibrant and diverse 11-18 comprehensive school, wishes to appoint an experienced Post 16 Lead Community Mentor (Somali Speaking) to join our highly committed Post 16 team on a fixed term contract.
The successful candidate will work with the Post 16 team to support and promote an inclusive culture throughout Cotham Post 16, including excellent levels of attendance for all students from all backgrounds. They will liaise and engage with families and communities to provide specific support and to champion the best interests of our young people. This post is based out of Charnwood House, which is the sixth form building of Cotham School.
