About the Role
We are seeking an outstanding leader to take on the pivotal role of Head of HR at Coventry College. In this key position you will collaborate closely with our senior leadership team to drive the development and success of our people, ensuring that our college continues to thrive and grow.
As Head of HR, you will lead and oversee all aspects of the HR function including driving employee engagement, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. You’ll be responsible for building and nurturing a high-performing HR team making sure we attract, retain, and develop the best talent.
The ideal candidate will be a results-driven professional, highly organised and a strong completer-finisher. You will thrive in an autonomous environment taking full ownership of your responsibilities and inspiring your team to excel. With a proven track record of managing HR teams and CIPD qualification (or equivalent) you’ll bring expertise, leadership, and a passion for people development.
