Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Salary: £18,661 to £27,425 per annum pro-rated (dependent on qualifications and experience) // £31,103 to £45,709 per annum

Coventry College is looking to appoint a dynamic and enthusiastic Lecturer in Health & Social care who will inspire our learners to achieve their full potential. We recognise that our lecturing staff are integral to the success of the College and student achievement.

As a Lecturer in Health & Social Care, you should:

• Hold a relevant teaching qualification, or be willing to work towards

• Hold a minimum Level 3 qualification in the relevant subject area

• Evidence continuing professional development

You should also be able to demonstrate:

• Teaching experience in a relevant subject area

• Application of quality improvement and assurance processes, including internal verification

• Successful course and curriculum development

• Experience in improving learner outcomes and quality of education
