An exciting opportunity has arisen for a strong candidate to join our friendly and welcoming school in a key strategic role as School Business Manager
WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO:
- Has proven success working in the finance department in a Primary school setting, preferably already as a School Business Manager
- Is highly motivated, organised and forward thinking with a “can-do” attitude
- Has experience of working in a busy client-facing role, handling a wide range of activities
- Is reliable and conscientious and able to work using their own initiative
- Is positive, hard-working and an excellent communicator

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Recent experience of working in a Primary school setting (this is essential)
- Educated to degree level or above (essential)
- Excellent numeracy skills
- A desire to work in school leadership
- A high level of communication skills and the ability to relate positively to children and adults
- A flexible approach and the ability to use your own initiative when necessary
- A commitment to the happiness well-being, self-esteem and progress of everyone at the school
