An exciting opportunity exists for a Level 2 IT Technician at Crickhowell High School. The successful candidate will be a member of the school’s technical support team providing 1st line IT support to staff and students. They will have a strong knowledge of Windows 10 and 11, and desktop and laptop technologies, together with detailed troubleshooting experience. They will be self-motivated, have strong interpersonal and communication skills and be a team player with a willingness and flexibility to work across the department, and have the ability to balance their workload.
Ideally the candidate will have the following:

• A logical and tenacious approach to problem-solving
• An understanding of the workings of a desktop PC and Windows operating system
