Position: Learning Support Assistant (LSA) in EYFS/Preschool

Contract Type: Permanent, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time + INSET)
Salary: Grade 5, Point 7 – 8, £18,334 - £18,635 (£24,408 - £24,795 FTE)
An exciting opportunity for an LSA to join our wonderful school in our recently refurbished mixed preschool /EYFS Foundation Hub. The role will also provide lunchtime supervision. Croft CofE Primary School is a small school in a strong and supportive community.
We are looking for individuals who:
• Are experienced in providing support for children aged 2-5 including with special education needs;
• Are qualified to a minimum of NVQ 2 in supporting Teaching and Learning or equivalent;
• Are passionate about supporting pupil learning and development and dedicated to forming and building relationships;
• Are a strong team player who is able to inspire and motivate pupils, working effectively with the teacher;
• Are committed to the vision of the school;
• have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and is highly motivated.
