We are seeking an Apprenticeship Data Manager in our MIS Team, which will manage all data related aspects of our apprenticeship and work place learning provision in a user-friendly, professional and effective manner. This will include creating effective processes to ensure all apprentices are claimed on the ILR in a timely manner and to ensure all data is audit compliant and returns completed.

The post will report to the Director of MIS and would manage all staff and processes involved in the data and compliance side of apprenticeship sign up, including responsibility for all employer interaction in regards to entries and employer completion of data on the Digital Account Service (DAS).

You should have experience of managing apprenticeship data requirement and an understanding of audit funding requirements, together with experience of using the DAS. In addition, you should have excellent communication skills, with the ability to provide effective customer service to staff at all levels within the college.
