We offer our staff and students state-of-the art facilities in the region and are located right in the heart of Croydon with excellent transport links.

We are now seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and committed coordinator to provide a professional and timely service to learners and support he delivery of distance learning and short courses.

• To ensure all relevant paperwork from learners, partners and DWP is up to date and processed within the relevant timeframes.

• To provide a proactive, professional and timely service to learners and support the delivery of high-quality flexible & on-line learning programmes.

• Work closely with colleagues monitoring progress, reminding learners of their deadlines and providing regular reports on progress of learners and tutors.

• Liaise with the Curriculum Team Manager and IQAs to support learner’s timely achievements

• Carry out IAG sessions to support leaners to understand the range of opportunities available to them

• To professional handle inbound and outbound telephone, postal, and electronic enquiries from learners and partner organisations.

You will have a high commitment to excellent customer service and require a good understanding of administration. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and using a variety of IT packages.
