We are seeking to recruit a hardworking Lettings Officer to join a proactive and busy College Premises team.
Your role will be to work from our Coulsdon Campus as part of a cross college Premises team to assist and support with the College’s evening and weekend external lettings ensuring that sites are safe and fit for purpose.
You should have excellent interpersonal skills, be physically fit, proactive, work well in a team and have experience of working in an estates, facilities or maintenance role.
You should also have a good understanding of Health & Safety procedures.
